What is your favorite thing about the practice of orthodontics? Orthodontics helps people discover their smile and gives people confidence.
What is favorite thing about working with Dr. Reznik, Dr. Derek, and Dr. Megan? The high standards that they uphold in themselves, their work as orthodontists, their morals and ethics, the encouragement that they give our team to always strive to be the best while still being able to laugh and enjoy each day. They also provide the best quality care for each individual patient.
What is your favorite things about your job? The great people I have met in our patients, staff, colleagues, and other dental entities.
Tell us about your family. (Are you married? How long have you been married? Do you have kids? Siblings?) I am married to my husband Gabriel, I have 3 daughters Bree’ Ana, Baylee, and Bliss and I have 8 grandchildren Brentlee, Brock, Elijah, Colson, Baylor, Barrett, Kyden, and Adri. I enjoy spending time with my family, reading, listening to music, and watching movies. I like football (Dallas Cowboys for life!) and I am also a member of First Baptist Church of Odessa.

What is your favorite thing about the practice of orthodontics? My favorite things about the practice of Orthodontics is how it has changed over the years. I also enjoy seeing the difference in a patient's smile from beginning to end.
What is favorite thing about working with Dr. Reznik, Dr. Derek, and Dr. Megan? Everything! They love teaching us new things every day and are always willing to help us so we can continue to be the best at what we do. They are also humble, brilliant, perfectionists and the most amazing doctors.
What is your favorite things about your job? My favorite thing about my job is seeing our patients faces light up when they see their beautiful smiles.
Tell us about your family. (Are you married? How long have you been married? Do you have kids? Siblings?) I've been married for 7 years and have 5 wonderful kids.
What are your hobbies? Watching my kids play sports, going to the movies, and going to antique shops when I get a break from all of our kids activities.

What is favorite thing about working with Dr. Reznik, Dr. Derek, and Dr. Megan? They love what they do and it shows in their patient treatment and care. They are always up to date on the newest technology and advances in Orthodontics.
What is your favorite things about your job? The relationships and friendships that I get to share with our patients, coworkers, and peers.
Tell us about your family. (Are you married? How long have you been married? Do you have kids? Siblings?) Yes, happily married with a large beautiful family. We have 2 dogs, 2 cats, and 2 turtles.

What is your favorite thing about the practice of orthodontics? I like to see patient’s smiles before and after and what’s most important to me is their smile after treatment is completed. I also like to see patients happiness and excitement that comes as a result of their treatment.
What is favorite thing about working with Dr. Reznik, Dr. Derek, and Dr. Megan? All of the doctors help me when I need it and also inspire me to become an overall better assistant.
What is your favorite things about your job? I am always learning more.

What is your favorite things about your job? I like being part of the best team. I love working with genuinely kind people and enjoy seeing the results of our patients from beginning to end.

What is your favorite thing about the practice of orthodontics?I love the impact that we make on patients by making their smiles beautiful, and also helping them feel more confident with their smile.
What is favorite thing about working with Dr. Reznik, Dr. Derek, and Dr. Megan? The doctors are always super nice and willing to help when needed. They have been welcoming since day one and I am so lucky to work with such great and caring people. :)
What is your favorite things about your job? I love that I work with such an amazing team. We are always there for each other when we need help with anything.
Tell us about your family. (Are you married? How long have you been married? Do you have kids? Siblings?) I am the youngest of four, I have one older sister and two older brothers. I also have 5 nephews who I love as if they were my own!
What are your hobbies? I enjoy spending any free time with my nephews, and any chance that I get I like to travel back home to Chicago to visit family and friends!

What is your favorite thing about the practice of orthodontics?The new technologies and progressive ways of straightening teeth. There are always new ideas and techniques to learn.
What is favorite thing about working with Dr. Reznik, Dr. Derek, and Dr. Megan? They are such hard workers and are extremely committed to their practice, patients, and team. They are also so friendly, caring, and loving. It truly feels like they have created a family with us. I love to learn new things from them because they're so knowledgeable and patient.
What is your favorite things about your job? I love coming in to work knowing that I'm walking into an office full of genuinely kind people. I love getting to know the patients on a personal level, being able to problem solve, and taking on new challenges.
Tell us about your family. (Are you married? How long have you been married? Do you have kids? Siblings?) Single, no kids. I live with my sister, 2 dogs, a cat, and a bunny. I have an older and younger brother as well.
What are your hobbies? Arts and crafts (Making new things, DIY's) photography, reading, watching TV, and hanging out family.

What is your favorite thing about the practice of orthodontics?My favorite thing about the practice of Orthodontics is the joy on people’s faces when they have completed treatment and their smiles are so pretty.
What is favorite thing about working with Dr. Reznik, Dr. Derek, and Dr. Megan? I love the fact that all of the doctors are so good at what they do. I also appreciate them treating me with respect and always show gratitude.
What is your favorite things about your job? The favorite thing about my job is the amazing team that I work with! The other thing is that PR gives me the opportunity to make people happy as I tend to be a people pleaser.
